If you answered yes, then our Tomorrow’s Champion Academy is the perfect program for your kid!
- Our Champions program in the summer is geared towards kids ages 7-10 looking to have fun, get fit and move better during the summer.
- Our program is focused on a youth developmental approach to training using an outcome based program. We are not looking for specific exercises, but rather the outcome and results of our program!
- During each session the kids will have fun, play fitness games, work on body awareness, agility, and strength.
- The kids will become fit while learning about healthy behaviors and choices.

The Champions of Tomorrow Academy will start on June 21 and run for 6 weeks right up to the first week in August. The kids will meet 2 days per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2 pm.
The groups are co-ed and each class lasts 45 minutes.
