Summer 2013 Programs

Spring has finally sprung which means our youth programs are ready to hit full stride!  You’ve probably already started planning your kids’ summer activities, so why not do more than just keeping them busy?

Why not include them in an activity that teaches them how fitness is fun and enjoyable while establishing a lifetime of healthy behaviors?

This year we have TWO very special programs for the youth in our area and we are very excited to bring them to you first!

The first is our amazing Speed Training Academy for middle school ages 11-14 and high school athletes ages 15-18.

If your young athlete needs to be quicker, more agile, or just needs some fine tuning on footwork and speed, then this is the program for them!


Youth that participate in this program will improve their athletic ability and gain the confidence to play any individual or team sport.

The second program called Tomorrow’s Champions is for 7-10 year olds.  These youngsters need coaching as well.  This program will help them develop the foundation to get them moving and feeling better. Your kids will have fun just participating and will see tremendous benefits as the weeks go on.
